At Keshari Ayurveda, we strive to ensure that every customer receives high-quality wellness products and a reliable shopping experience. If your order does not meet expectations, our refund and return guidelines below are designed to assist you promptly and fairly.
1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
Be unused and unopened
Be in its original packaging
Be in the same condition as received
Products that are opened, used, or damaged due to customer handling are not eligible for return.
2. Refund Process
Upon receiving your returned item, our team will conduct a quality check.
Once approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please note:
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds for discounted or promotional items will reflect the discounted purchase price.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Kindly provide clear photos or videos as proof. After verification, we will issue a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
4. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled prior to dispatch.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. You may request a return after receiving the product.
5. Non-Returnable Items
For quality, safety, and hygiene purposes, the following items cannot be returned:
Opened or partially used consumable/health products
Items damaged due to improper use
Free gifts, samples, or promotional items
