At Keshari Ayurveda, we work hard to ensure fast, safe, and reliable delivery of your Ayurvedic products across India.
Please read our shipping guidelines below.
✅ 1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24 hours of successful payment.
Orders placed before 4 PM are shipped the same day.
COD orders are confirmed through call/WhatsApp before dispatch.
No orders are processed on Sundays or public holidays.
✅ 2. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time after dispatch:
Metro Cities: 2–4 days
Major Cities: 3–6 days
Remote Areas / Villages: 5–8 days
Delivery time may vary due to weather, festivals, strikes, or courier delays.
✅ 3. Shipping Charges
Prepaid Orders: FREE Shipping
COD Orders: Standard COD charges may apply depending on courier partner
We try to keep shipping as affordable as possible.
✅ 4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
✅ Tracking ID
✅ Courier partner details
✅ Tracking link via WhatsApp/SMS/Email
You can track your order anytime.
✅ 5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available across India, except:
Remote villages where courier does not support COD
Areas where COD is temporarily restricted
We will inform you if COD is not available in your location.
✅ 6. Address & Delivery Issues
We are not responsible if:
Wrong address is provided
Customer is unavailable at time of delivery
Phone number is unreachable
In such cases, redelivery attempts will be made by the courier company.
✅ 7. Damaged or Leaked Products
If your product is damaged, leaked, or tampered with:
✅ Inform us within 48 hours of delivery
✅ Share clear photos/videos of the package
✅ We will arrange a free replacement
Customer satisfaction is our priority.
✅ 8. International Shipping
Currently, we do not ship outside India.
